This collective was created to host a community of highly experienced & seasoned leaders specifically called to serve other leaders, their staff & teams. Our offerings are: Soul Care. Spiritual Direction. Pastoral Care. Transition counseling. Debriefs. Coaching. Mediation. Retreats, & more.

This is a resource designed to help leaders refocus their lives around prayer, so friendship with Jesus can sustain them in the long journey of ministry, enabling them to lead their teams from a place of dependence on God, & cultivate churches shaped by prayer & the presence of Jesus.
